The court stopped the administrative proceedings on trade union leaders Mr. Vydas Puskepalis, chairman of the Lithuanian Labour Federation (LDF), Mr Arturas Černiauskas, chairman of the Lithuanian Trade Union Confederation (LPSK), and Ms Aldona Jašinskienė, chairperson of the Solidarumas (LPS“S“).
